Ditch the doubt and see your confidence soar

Over-coming doubt is going to be a game changer when it comes to confidently achieving your personal aspirations and a life that you love. The positive ripple effect it will have in your personal and professional life will amaze you.

Doubt is a very unsettling feeling which leaves you feeling uncertain, creating hesitation, indecision and if not ditched it can hold you back for fear of failure or fear of loss. Where doubt lurks there is fear, and fear is a terrible driver as it steers you away from opportunities and living life fully expressed.

By ditching any doubt about you or your abilities your confidence will soar, and you will allow yourself to move towards your goals, dreams and desires.

Imagine finally trusting your abilities and going for your ideal job or the promotion you have been secretly wanting. What would this do for you personally?

Imagine being confident within your decision making and taking action and following through with your great ideas. What would you do that you can’t do now?

Imagine feeling comfortable with who you are and your social life and relationships improving. How would you feel if you were surrounded by a group of like-minded, supportive people?

Being in a place of self-trust builds self-confidence the perfect foundation to lay a life you love let it be personally or professionally.

If you need to ditch some doubt get your pen and paper ready

1. Go back to the 3 sentences above starting with “Imagine …..“ and write the answers too all these 3 questions 1-3

2. Then ask yourself what the doubt is? Name the doubt

3. Then ask yourself is this really true (the named doubt) or it is a way to actually avoid taking action?

4. Then ask yourself to remove the named doubt what do you need in order to move forward?

5. The need will help you to take the action so that you can get solutions oriented.
